I started classes with Fukiko-san last week. I wanted to master the basics for my month-long stay in Japan, but I'm learning so much more! The classes are very enjoyable. Fukiko-san is attentive, gives lots of advice, and most importantly, she explains each case very well. I'm also learning about Japanese culture and life. I highly recommend Fukiko-san!

Having studied Japanese on my own, I had never had the opportunity to practice my oral and written expression. Fukiko, by emphasizing public speaking, helped me develop this. If her way of working intrigues you, here is a (brief) explanation of how a session with me works. A session always begins with a dialogue where I can talk about things I have done since the previous class. When Fukiko does not understand something, she asks me to explain again in Japanese. We only switch to French when necessary. In addition, Fukiko does not interrupt the expression in order to maintain the spontaneity of the exchange. She corrects once the sentence or dialogue is finished, which helps a lot to maintain a certain rhythm of discussion. She also indicates more natural turns of phrase. It also happens regularly that I prepare a written expression on a given subject (summarizing a film, talking about my cat, etc.). Fukiko asks me to read the texts in order to work on my pronunciation, then corrects and tries to rephrase unclear sentences. After that, we move on to studying Japanese. In my case, since I mentioned to her that I wanted to take the JLPT exams, we work through practice tests. Here, as before, we avoid using French as much as possible. When I come across a new vocabulary word, Fukiko tries to explain it to me in Japanese, using examples. All these exercises are recorded in a Google Drive accessible at any time! This makes the courses practical to review. After 6 months of classes, I notice that I have progressed enormously. I can now hold a conversation in a fairly relevant way with Japanese people, read novels or press articles. If this method interests you, I without hesitation recommend Fukiko, a great teacher.

Perfect! I highly recommend Fukiko-San, a great Japanese teacher! From the very first lesson, she adapts to her students' needs and offers effective learning methods to help them progress quickly (identifying weak points, correcting oral expression in real time, etc.). Thanks to her, I was able to successfully complete a professional interview with Japanese people, which allows me to go to work in Tokyo soon. Thank you very much for your support!

Fukiko is a great teacher! The classes are very comprehensive and targeted to your level. Fukiko knows how to be clear but above all, she is very patient. Her teaching method is perfectly suited to the complete beginner that I am, and thanks to her, I was able to progress more easily in my language learning. I highly recommend her.

It's been a little over a month now since I started my lessons with Fukiko and the understanding is very good, she takes the time to answer questions and explains the culture and gestures to adopt in addition to the language. This is exactly what I was looking for, and if this is also your case, do not hesitate. She also used a method adapted to my request (I mainly wanted to learn to speak, but not to learn kanji immediately since my trip is planned soon).

Perfect! For the intermediate/advanced intermediate level, a communicative and analytical method is used at the same time. The student's words are noted (on shared Google Docs) and analyzed during the course. It's easier to realize the mistakes made, to correct oneself or to hear the teacher's version. We acquire a lot of new vocabulary, we see which word/expression is best suited to a given situation. Real everyday Japanese! Very interesting method and very pleasant atmosphere. Fukiko is lively and knows how to put people at ease. She's a great teacher! Thank you very much!

Perfect! Excellent teacher, the method is brilliant, I recommend her 10000%

Perfect! The first introductory class went very well. I haven't started group classes yet, but I expect progress will be made with diligence. Fukiko sensei was patient and available to answer my questions.
